Returns and exchange
All of our clothes are 100% guaranteed for two years. Please note that caps are considered accessories and are not included in this warranty. Therefore, we are happy to accept any returns or exchanges for any of our clothes, as our main priority is to exceed your expectations.
Clothes
Full-price merchandise must be returned within 60 days of their purchase for you to be able to receive a refund or an exchange.
The returned clothes must show no sign of wear or tear.
The merchandise must be returned with its original tags and its original packaging.

Accessories
Accessories can not be exchanged or refund, except for golf caps. A golf cap can only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing default.
Steps to follow
Here are the steps to follow to receive an exchange or a refund:
For an exchange:
- 1. Collect all the tags of your products.
- 2. Send us an email at contact@northernkingsgolf.com with the details about your exchange request, we will send you a shipping label to exchange your product.
For a return:

1. Fill out the Returns and Exchange form.
This form can be found on "My account" -> "Orders" -> "Refund/Exchange" - 2. For a return or an exchange to be accepted, you must fill all form fields.

3. The shipping fees for return products are on your charge.
