Northern Kings Golf products carry a two-year guarantee to the original purchaser against defects such as materials, zippers, lining, buttons, prints, stitching, and other details. The warranty excludes damages caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, inappropriate use, or repairs made by anyone other than Northern Kings Golf. This warranty is only applicable to clothes; no warranty is offered on caps, tees, markers, repair tools, or any other accessory.

Northern Kings Golf may repair or replace any guaranteed item at its discretion. All claims should be made by filling the form you will find on the website by going to My Account -> Orders -> Return / Exchange. Once the warranty form is filled, we will contact you for further instructions.

This guarantee gives no rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential losses or damage. This guarantee applies to the original owner, and proof of purchase/receipt is necessary to make a claim. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
